How did you come up with the name Sunlit Cactus?
Having spent most of my adult life in Washington State, I carry a piece of my roots from Arizona wherever I go. The name I chose serves as a constant reminder of home, grounding me in the memories and experiences that shaped me. Washington's vibrant landscapes and my adult indepdance have become a significant part of my identity, yet the warmth of Arizona's sun and the familiarity of its deserts remain etched in my heart. The blend of places symbolizes my journey, reflecting both my past and present. No matter where life takes me, the connection to my origins will always provide comfort and a sense of belonging. Like a little piece of home no matter where I end up.
